Visiting our website
Our website is hosted by Framer B.V. Framer and its service providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and access times.
We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a reliable, secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contacting us
When you contact us using our form or by email, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company details and message.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss or provide our services. Form submissions are processed through Framer and delivered to our business email account.
Where your enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract with you, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other business enquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing information is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact details and information to respond. We do not use enquiries to subscribe you to marketing communications.
Service providers and international transfers
We use Framer for website hosting and form processing, and Google Workspace for business email. These providers may use authorised service providers to deliver their services.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, applicable safeguards must be in place, such as an EU adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Our website and contact form are provided through Framer, and enquiries are delivered to our Google Workspace email account.
These providers and their service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this occurs, they rely on applicable safeguards, including European Commission adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Transfers under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework apply where the receiving organisation is certified and the transfer is covered by that certification.

How long we keep information
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. We then delete it unless legal retention requirements or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require longer storage.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use Google Analytics or offer newsletter subscriptions.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and data portability.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
